It sounds silly, but if I could pick one skill that I wish I could just acquire overnight, it would be parkour. It’s just awesome! Check out this video of Damien Walters and tell me that this stuff isn’t amazing.

Tripp and Tyler are hilarious…. probably two of the funniest guys I know. This is their most recent video that has been making its way around, including the Tosh.0 blog, The Today Show, and RockCenter. Check out Sh!t Nobody Says.
Boomin’ In Yo’ Ears
I love music. I have recently come to love fitness. From running to weights, I just feel good when I work out. Music is a big part of my motivation when I’m in the gym, or running the roads. I’ve gone through many pairs of headphones, both good and bad in my quest to find a great sounding pair of headphones to workout with. I thought I had found them when I purchased my Beats by Dre in-ear headphones…. but those met an untimely end, leaving me in the lurch with only a pair of the standard iPod headphones…
This just wouldn’t work.
Rather than go out and spend money on another pair of Beats, I started looking around for a good quality pair of inexpensive headphones. My criteria weren’t too strict. I just wanted a soft rubber or foam in-ear portion, good response for highs and lows, and a cord that wouldn’t tangle or get in the way as I worked out or ran.
After some searching… I found a hidden treasure at my local Best Buy….

These are the Phillips O’Neill Speckled Headphones. They were actually on sale for $19.99 and I decided to give them a try….
What I heard was amazing. These sound range in these borders on perfection. From deep lows, to crisp highs, these tiny guys pump out some big sound. The cord is actually surrounded in a cloth wrap and is tangle free. The most surprising thing for me… they sound better than my Beats ever did. If you are looking for a pair of really nice, inexpensive in-ears… check these out.
Do you have a favorite brand of headphones for working out, or just straight up listening?
